Get model releases signed on the spot! Quite a few images of mine were selected by a stock agency and a few people refused to sign model releases for pictures I have taken years ago. While I think they probably see their reasons as valid I think they are not. They shouldn’t have posed for me in the first place. I have taken every single one of them and spent hours editing them. So my advice is to get model releases sign as soon as you take the pictures.
